These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Firehouse Tycoon mobile application, website, game services, online features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About Firehouse Tycoon
Firehouse Tycoon is a fictional simulation and strategy game that may allow players to build and manage fire stations and other emergency-services facilities, purchase and manage apparatus, hire and manage virtual personnel, respond to simulated incidents, manage virtual finances, complete objectives, and expand a simulated emergency-services organization.
Game features, mechanics, content, requirements, and availability may change over time.
2. Entertainment Purposes Only
Firehouse Tycoon is intended for entertainment purposes. It is not a real-world emergency response, dispatch, firefighter training, emergency medical, law-enforcement, incident-command, emergency-management, or public-safety system.
Game mechanics may simplify, fictionalize, or intentionally differ from real-world emergency-services procedures. Do not rely on Firehouse Tycoon for real-world emergency operations, professional training, medical decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, or public-safety decisions.
If you are experiencing a real emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian may be required to authorize your use of the Services.
4. Accounts
Certain features may require a Firehouse Tycoon account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, securing your device, and activity performed through your account.
You may not access or attempt to access another person's account without authorization. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@firehousetycoon.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- access or attempt to access systems, accounts, data, or areas of the Services without authorization;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or impair the Services or related infrastructure;
- use malware, bots, scripts, unauthorized automation, cheats, exploits, or similar tools to manipulate the Services;
- intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for improper advantage;
- fraudulently obtain purchases, virtual currency, virtual items, account benefits, or other value;
- circumvent security, authentication, access-control, or technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer or modify the Services except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use the Services to violate applicable law or the rights of others; or
- encourage or assist another person in doing any of the above.
6. Virtual Currency, Property, and Game Items
The Services may include virtual currency, balances, stations, apparatus, vehicles, employees, equipment, upgrades, rewards, achievements, or other virtual items ("Virtual Items"). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Virtual Items:
- exist only within Firehouse Tycoon;
- have no real-world cash value;
- are not legal tender or bank deposits;
- do not represent ownership of real-world property; and
- cannot be redeemed for cash from Firehouse Tycoon.
We may adjust Virtual Items, prices, rewards, earnings, incident costs, fines, values, statistics, availability, or other game-economy mechanics as part of balancing, maintenance, updates, or error correction.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
Firehouse Tycoon may offer paid applications, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other digital content. Purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform are also subject to that platform's applicable terms, billing rules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies.
Where a marketplace controls payment processing, refunds or cancellations may need to be requested directly through that marketplace. Except where required by law or the applicable platform's rules, purchases may be non-refundable.
8. Game Progress and Saved Data
We use reasonable efforts to operate the Services and preserve game data, but we do not guarantee that progress, balances, Virtual Items, transactions, stations, apparatus, personnel, incidents, settings, or other game information will never be delayed, altered, corrupted, reset, or lost.
Game data may be affected by software defects, service outages, network interruptions, device problems, account problems, maintenance, updates, database issues, balancing changes, security actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Updates, Changes, and Game Balancing
Firehouse Tycoon is an evolving game. We may add, remove, modify, rebalance, restrict, or discontinue features or content, including incidents, apparatus, stations, personnel, staffing requirements, response requirements, virtual prices, income, expenses, fines, rewards, upgrades, achievements, and other game mechanics.
Updates may be required to continue using some or all of the Services.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Access may be temporarily limited or unavailable for maintenance, updates, security work, hosting issues, network failures, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Intellectual Property
Firehouse Tycoon and the Services, including the software, source code, branding, logos, artwork, graphics, interface designs, text, audiovisual content, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to the operator of Firehouse Tycoon and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of Firehouse Tycoon intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, marks, brands, vehicle references, or other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Feedback and Suggestions
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, modify, develop from, and incorporate that feedback into Firehouse Tycoon without restriction or an obligation to compensate you, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on or interact with third-party services, such as Apple, Google, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, authentication services, analytics providers, payment systems, or other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability is outside our direct control.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or the Services when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate fraud or cheating, address abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, respond to security threats, or protect Firehouse Tycoon and its rights.
You may stop using Firehouse Tycoon at any time. If account deletion is available, you may request it by contacting support@firehousetycoon.com.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every device, or that all game data will always be preserved.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Firehouse Tycoon and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, loss of game progress, Virtual Items, virtual currency, account access, data, expected savings, or other intangible losses.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Firehouse Tycoon evolves or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change. When the Terms are updated, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or another reasonable method when appropriate.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, constitute the agreement governing your use of Firehouse Tycoon with respect to the matters they address.
